Section 12
Commission's Resources and Audit Commission's Resources and Audit Commission's Resources and Audit

(1) The Ministry will arrange for funds, buildings, tools and other resources necessary for the commission's work.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the Commission shall open an account in a commercial bank and deposit the amount received by the Commission.
(3) The entire expenses of the Commission shall be met from the amount deposited as per sub-section (2).
(4) The Commission shall keep its income and expenditure accounts in the format adopted by the Government of Nepal (5) The Commission shall be audited by the Auditor General
